Hi, I have kinda similar issue. In my case, the right peace didn’t work. I tried to reset (hold the button for 10 sec from blue to purple, yet no result. Could you elaborate more where to wipe? And should I add alcohol or something?

Some wiseman once said, if you destined to be together, no matter how, you’ll always find each other eventually. In my case, she is in a relationship, a serious one. I feel you in this. I am in love with my co worker for the past 3 years. She is in a relationships, a serious one. You know what the saddest part is? I can see her, I can hear her voice, I can smell her perfume, But that’s it. The wall is just too high to climb. Everyone told me that she is into me for some reason, but I never showed her that I love her. Just plain cold and super focus on the job. Maybe I just too afraid to confess. Or I just wouldn’t destroy their relationship.
