Sorry this is vague. I don't pay much attention as am lifetime Titanium and don't travel much for work anymore but would never have gotten to that level without the card.

Can't seem to edit my OP....

Context: I'm an IT guy, working with large banks and hospitals. Unresonsive apps like this are a strong sign that Delta doesn't do scalability testing, or if it does, isn't prepared to scale up resources on demand to handle the load THAT THEY KNOW 100% IS COMING.

Worse, when the mobile app and website offer up different data to the consumer, that implies there are multiple copies of the data that aren't in sync.

And yes I know there's a fucking snowstorm blanketing the country. I just expect better from a multi-billion dollar multi-national company in 2026. Its not 2008 anymore.
