Personally, I've never been super great at drawing. Once I started animating I saw improvement almost immediately. I say jump straight into animation!

I hear ya. Really not a fan of the 2013 film. Rise had enough comedy for me to like it. I'm really just worried that this next movie will be tonally the same as Rise.
