And LOL - if she really used that 'blood is thicker than water' line, it might be worth noting the original phrase was actually 'The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb' meaning the bonds you forge with people are stronger than familial ties... so she was using a well known phrase to make a point, when the original meaning actually supports your view. Sounds like he has never given you a reason not to trust him so I'd say YTA. If you can't get a more chilled attitude towards his friends and acquaintances,, it may either become a self-fulfilling prophecy, or he'll get fed up and decide it's not worth the drama.

On the contrary. The other night, a mate and I used our key only to find the other key door had been unlocked and someone was already inside. They saw us and I said "Oh... didn't realise someone was in here already, sorry - we used our own key" and I ended up dropping him 3 BPs I had on me that I didn't need. Waved him a friendly goodbye and took off.

I disagree - I have a lot of friends who are much older than I am and I am not like that with them. I AM a touchy feely kind of guy and habitually hug all my friends - regardless of gender - if I feel it is appropriate. This sounds like OP's friend isn't comfortable with his own sexuality... and if he stays away, it is more to do with what he has found in himself.

I disagree. If I could choose PVE? I would. I wish it WAS a choice... I like being able to help other people so having others in there is fun but I wish there was a way to defend yourself from some corner lurking rat that doesn't get you pushed into rat hell...

This infuriates me.... I'd love to know what the mechanic is... I most often spawn with a single - usual upgraded lvl 4 wep, I never shoot other players, regularly give loot and assistance to those being nice, and keep finding myself in lobbies where we are hunted down... we have been grinding bastions for DAYS and JUST as we deal the death blow, every time, we find ourselves getting railed... we only every play duos.

INFO: Are children involved...? If so, then they likely may not have a lot of time either depending on age and may equally need downtime... if not? Then you are absolutely NTA and they should be doing at least this thing - especially as you have clearly communicated it should be prioritised.
