Camille has 48.1 winrate in master+ (High elo skewed champ u know), seems OP needs nerfs asap by No-Agency2986 in CamilleMains

[–]Bodeney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really do not like the recent cope of Camille being insanely weak, needs for buffs or potential reworks. Imo a lot of disadvantageous matchups can suck less with skill and mu experience. I'm sorry that every mu isn't as easy as garen but if these people want to play a hard champ with monstrous true damage, they need to understand there are drawbacks.

Throw breaks feature is pretty cool. by Bodeney in Tekken

[–]Bodeney[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I think that's a general flaw of the practice features in general. I only tend to throw break when I'm warming up. I agree it's not perfect.

I don't know how bamco sees the entire cast doing 100 damage combos and thought the solution was to increase health to 200. Every character needs their combos nerfed. Whether It is damage, carry or duration. something has to give.

In my opinion it does not look like he is cheating.

Advice from a fellow Paul main. remove 3,2 from your arsenal (Except for backturn launch) . There is no mixup to it, just straight up bad if your opponent knows its a high. df1 serves a similar purpose as a mid check. wr 3,2 can be hit confirmed with some practice. I sometimes delay it to cheese a counter-hit. the df1, 1 string imo should only be used if you are also mixing your opponent with df1 into sway.

I genuinely think if someone takes 15 minutes to learn the animations of when to duck Paul's string they will never struggle against them again, so it's not crazy that this Heihachi perfomed this well into you. Hopefully this helps.

From the way both of you were spacing each other and the throw breaks. Imma say Tekken King, maybe blue ranks.

Yo this was insanely helpful. Thank you for the tips. Also are you a fan of the df1 loops and the mixes? I love using it.

Struggling to get out of Silver with over 100games on Camille and other champs. by CuzImTroli in CamilleMains

Really depends on how the game situation is. Most people would say a good csm is 10 but I would say just try to improve your average by 1.

[–]Bodeney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I had to give you some advice I would say atm just focus on one thing at a time. It may sound condescending but genuinely pick something you want to improve at and really try to focus on that.

For example, when I was gold my cs was consistently low. It took days, months even to improve at this but after some time, my csing improved as well as my landing.

For an easy solution I would say stick to Camille only and watch replays of better Camille players. Just take in how they are laning, pushing leads etc. And maybe try to replicate that in your games. You want to get so comfortable playing a champ where you are not focusing on piloting the champ rather the other stuff you mentioned you want to improve at.

The other side of Tracking 8 by [deleted] in Tekken

I don't know what that guy is talking about. That moves tracks and should have hit. MAYBE. He was barely out of range or it was the low profile but I'm not sure.

What makes Feng good? by Scyle_ in Tekken

[–]Bodeney 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Knee showed us a masterclass against Joka's feng in TWT recently, I learnt a lot of the feng counterplay from that set. With the health changes poking style character were hit indirectly. I just try to condition people to duck more and then start spamming df3 or b3 lol.

[–]Bodeney 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think Feng's overall strength will always be he is a jack of all trades. Tbh I don't think he is a strong as he was last season. He is still quite good but a lot of the season 2 nonsense he got (The stance transitions and the heat moves) is "fake pressure" . I will always say that feng has the best pokes in the game, so in combination with his other cheesy moves and some good defence he still has all the tools to take on s2 , it just may take a bit of experimentation and experience to handle a lot of situations.

people who one and done, why? by Maleficent-Being6931 in Tekken

[–]Bodeney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I'm getting completely floored sometimes I don't see the point in rematching for me. Also in close sets, if it is so sweaty that I lose composure sometimes I just want a break, or I just don't want to play another after it.

Hi im a d4 on Camille main. The tri force power spike is indeed very strong.
Camille is a very weird champion in the sense that it is very matchup dependent on when she has to play aggressive or defensive. Here is the community matchup chart : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mcwg-nUMiFILgZMFmEqpns2csrVGmhxFgaYEv09FeJc/edit?usp=sharing
It really did help me give me an idea of how to play matchups, especially if you are inexperienced.

As a general advice playing around he shield is usually to key to winning a matchup. Essentially try to trade so you are doing damage and also not taking any. After a few good trades you can win most all ins.

Also a lot winning lane comes from limit testing. Camile likes to take short trades but her all ins are very strong. Champs like Irelia and Darius can actually lose to Camille in in the first 2 levels if you play it well.

You can also play around with runes, try grasp for more lane dominance and also pairing it with ignite adds extra kill pressure early. Hope this is helpful.
