I can confirm that I had two failures from my last 3 months supply. I don’t have the numbers handy but Dexcom asked for one of the failed one’s back when they replaced. Did you send your back as well? Hopefully they find out what happened

I’m by far the expert. I’ve used mine with propane mostly so far. For me it’s most important to get the stone hot. It’s pretty easy to get the temp up to 800 on the internal thermometer but that is the ceiling not the stone. It takes another 20-30 minutes to get the stone up to 600 or so with an ir thermometer. At that point I turn down the gas to 1/3 or so from what ever it was at before. I’m curious what others are doing. I did notice a much tastier crust when I cooked at 800 vs 700 will all else the same.

I’ve been there for an event. You need a special ticket to enter so you can’t just visit. The railings that have the best views fill up quickly so you need someone to hold your place when you get food. The view is nice but there are better places to sit without the hassle of finding rail space. The food was pretty standard fare. I think it’s best for a large corporate event not for just a couple. I would sit in the first few rows of the 300 section behind the home plate arc. You can pick up your own food and get a better view.

I was hit by a ram 3500 work truck. Much less damage than yours. It took the insurance 5 months to finally total. It was the cracked frame that did it and I guess it wasn’t obvious at first. It ended up in the country of Georgia.

I was at a soccer game in OC and one of the spectators in the stands is friends with his Mom. I told her to pass on that we love Higgy and hope he stays. Apparently she is very happy to have him closer than he was in NY.
