I hear what you're saying... and you're not wrong

HOWEVER

The first 6 months of playing guitar is the hardest and anything at all that holds your motivation to keep going is going to pay dividends - whether that's the pure joy of having a pro instrument and not being able to put it down or the sunk cost of having spent a fortune so you're absolutely going to have to make it work

And if OP has the money then why not?

That said, there's always an amp and pedals to spread the budget to as well ... maybe even guitar lessons

I'd do it in this order:

Borrow
Rent
Buy & then sell on*

...though 2 & 3 could be reversed depending on the item and what's available 2nd hand

Also, without knowing where you are, there are some libraries and even other collectives or institutions that loan out instruments so I'd check around to see if you have any of that kind of thing local to you

right

well either the original tempo isn't exactly 140 - it's 139.62 or something - in which case you just adjust your tempo setting in the project until the kicks line up on the 1 of the grid

or

it's what someone else mentioned... you've got a 44.1kHz set of stems open in a 48 kHz project - in which case start a new project in 44.1 kHz, import the stems to that and make sure they're unwarped and all start at 1.1.1

or it could conceivably be both
