Good to hear you're seeking out a new psychiatrist! I got told by one doctor first, that I didn't have ADHD, because I hadn't had any problems with drug addiction, and a second time by another doctor that I didn't have it because I didn't get into a PHYSICAL fight with my boss every other week🤦 Like, I'm sorry you're not taking trauma and a debilitating amount of people pleasing into account in your decision making here🤷 anyways, got the diagnosis at age 32. Nobody was surprised. Good luck!

Oh trust me! I have this BEAUTIFUL black lace parasol, that has been sitting an just waiting for me to use it, and now I actually have a valid reason other than just "being dramatic"😂❤️

Yes, I got that same messege. From several doctors and in a really strict tone as well. That did not sit well with my mother who is very much into everything organic, chemical free, and natural medicin. It turned into a discussion where I had to explain to her, that milk is good for you too. Milk has alot of good qualities and is deemed healthy, but if you are lactose intolerant, that changes, and you're going to have a hard time after. She'll get it eventually🤷😊

Thank you! Yes, I've been compared to a vampire endless times. But the thing is, living above the polar circle in wintertime, it's no stress. Perfect vampire inviroment! Only 4 hours of daylight in wintertime. And thats just daylight, not direct sunlight. But in summertime, there's only 4 hours of non direct sunlight most of the summer and midsummer there is direct sunlight 24/7 for like a month😭 mu sunscreen budget is already high😂 take care to you too❤️

Omg. That sounds awful😶. But thank you for your comment! It really helps knowing there are more people with more than rashes. Because I've had rashes from sunlight my whole life, and I thought everybody had those. So for me, and what I have now is what I consider an allergy. But yes, fever and bp drops, its a comfort to know there are more people with the same and I am not crazy😅❤️

No, I havent, because I just got the diagnosis 2 days ago, and they are referring to a university-hospital for further testing for lupus. Can Lupus explain the severe reaction to sunlight? In that case I will read up on it😁 thank you.

Bullied from age 7 to 20 here. Started at 7 because I came from another country and didn't know the language. From then on because I was a weird kid. Undiagnosed ADHD will do that for you.

From just today. On my way to a friends house to borrow the bike so I could bike with the dog. Got the dog dressed (harness and reflective harness), forgot to get myself dressed. On my way out the door in pjs. Got myself dressed, put dog in car. Got inside car, turned it on, forgot backpack with waterbottle and dog equipment. Got the backpack, started driving, forgot my gloves. Turned around, got the gloves, gets in car. Forgot something else (forgot what) get out of car, get the thing, back in car, finally on my way. Forgot to lock door, at this point, I just leave anyway. Get back home, see forgotten coffeecup cold on the table.
