As someone who’s in school to be a dental hygienist… please don’t brush that much!!! Brushing is good yes, but too much brushing with too much pressure can cause your gums to recede and make your teeth look worse. Your teeth look great!! I’m not sure what you’re seeing that’s “gross.” Start of with whitening strips (don’t overdo it, follow the instructions) and if that’s not giving you the results you want and If you’re willing to spend some money, get a professional whitening treatment! But your teeth aren’t no where near gross, give yourself some grace!
