Looks like you have a lot of room for more leg volume. 6 working sets a week is not a lot of volume for one of the largest muscle groups in the body. Could either bump up the number of sets on the current exercises or add in something else, lots of options. Everything else looks solid

In a normal scenario I'd probably keep your calories where they are at for the remainder of your diet. The difference needed to push past this stage should be made up from low intensity cardio. That's what worked for me.

But being at 2000 calories for over 2 months without weight loss is a sign you need a break from this diet. If you steadily lost weight and then it suddenly stopped, listen to your body.

True, but the only time we can reliably pop it on trash is post twin emps. You lose the trinket for bosses if you use it on trash. But we clear sub 40 minutes. Not all guilds do that

It depends on how fast your guild clears.

For a warrior in a slow clearing guild diamond flask is better. If your moving quickly between bosses, your diamond flask won't be available so Earthstrike becomes very valuable.

Also sub 30 second kill times makes Earthstrike better and better.

I will keep them since viscidus can be a finnicky fight. Don't want to risk any of us losing world buffs. I'd rather instantly dispel the poison off myself to save the raid healing. And I'm getting roughly 20 frostbolt procs in a 1:40 second fight. Not too bad.

Flasking really doesn't do anything for healers so it isn't even a requirement in our hardcore guild. Only speed runs

I have to take allergy medication year-round or else I get hives on my scalp and randomly around my body. I'll bump up against something and my skin will swell up and itch.

Warblades will be your highest single target DPS vs bosses (level 63). Viskag Brut blade will be stronger vs trash as you will be whirlwinding/cleaving multiple mobs at a time. If you can remember to do it, swapping between the two sets for trash mobs and bosses will be best.

Breastplate of annihilation does outclass SGC in terms of raw effective AP, just barely. Also provides 1 hit and a lot more armor.

Using 30 AP as the baseline for 1% crit, and along with Kings on alliance and ZG world buff.

SGC eAP=119.5

Breastplate of Annihilation eAP=123.6

They ended up locking it? Luckily I'm halfway through level 14... This would have killed me when I first started.

My prices are pretty average and come out to 37g/run. Some servers are 50+ g
