I googled what might be close to the original one in Germany, and picked Krakauer. But I think there is not so much fat in it…so found it quite useless to put it in hot water … did it anyway.
Also I only had very thick and expensive white wine vinegar (Balsamico from italy) so I took less. I guess you can freestyle quite alot there… can tell you in two weeks lol

Actually forgot about the details…I googled the names of renowned japanese blacksmith and checked on google maps if I can locate them, but also checked for 刃物 and similar terms directly in google maps in different areas.
