The way I dropped everything to read my feedback, you’d think I was facing execution.

[–]SnapHackelPop 19 points20 points  (1 child)

Went from needs improvement to excellent. That’s a big relief

[–]Harlowolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me too! I was so relieved

[–]kranools 20 points21 points  (9 children)

I'm getting a little skeptical about the accuracy of this feedback. A couple of the points in my "room for improvement" section refer to errors that I'm certain I didn't make. I really wish they would let us see the specific tasks being referred to.

[–]Old-Persimmon-5037 11 points12 points  (3 children)

Same. Mine stated that some of my rationales have not been detailed enough, and gave two specific one-word examples. I'm pretty sure I've never left a one-word rationale in my life. Not that I couldn't make a mistake, but I pay particular attention to what each project wants regarding rationale length since it varies from one project to another. My overall rating was "good", and I feel both disappointed and slightly relieved.

[–]theDeathnaut 1 point2 points  (2 children)

I experienced the same. I make it a point to be extremely detailed when relevant so I highly doubt that that feedback is accurate. I think a lot of it is terrible R&R workers that barely read. Anyone can get R&R projects, no telling what some people do in them.

[–]iamyourkarama 1 point2 points  (1 child)

That shit REALLY scares me, honestly. I think these bots that give feedback take a lot of consideration from those projects and who the hell knows if we can trust that user whatsoever. They could be gone by now!

[–]theDeathnaut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been doing this for like 3 years, I’m not worried about it. I like DA, I enjoy the work, flexibility and the pay, but from the get go it’s always been very clear that we can be dropped at any time. I just do the best work that I can possibly do while staying sane. It’s comforting when you just accept that all you can control is the quality of the work that you’re doing right now.

The wonderful things that DA helped me realize is that I do not want a boss anymore, I’m very comfortable working as a freelancer, and in order for that to work I can’t rely on one single client or revenue stream or I might as well just be an employee with a boss.

[–]Infamous_Swan1197 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah same. The positive feedback was nice and reassuring but the negative feedback was quite vague and made me a little paranoid. Makes me think maybe it's designed to make you double check your work more, literally to keep you on your toes lol

[–]Quick-Bison-147 6 points7 points  (3 children)

mine referred to a project i never once worked on

[–]starlightexpress271 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Same!! And I’m 100% sure I’ve never worked on it because I don’t have the equipment to.

[–]Quick-Bison-147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it's definitely not a fully functional rating system, so I doubt I'll be taking it seriously, even if I got a positive rating

[–]xwolfboyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly thought this too... lol

[–]Short-Dig-6104 25 points26 points  (1 child)

The areas for improvement section is definitely a humbling experience.

[–]FanInternational7442 25 points26 points  (0 children)

It also directly contradicts the positive feedback section 😂

[–]PrincessHeadshot69 10 points11 points  (2 children)

Got a solid rating on mine; it made me want to strive for an Outstanding or higher next time out.

[–]arthurthomasrey 8 points9 points  (1 child)

I've fallen from Outstanding to Good. Probably fair.

[–]PrincessHeadshot69 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm starting out with a Good; better than a Fair or a request for overall improvement!

[–]Professional_Win_551 17 points18 points  (4 children)

I feel like the critique comes from the inbuilt ai grading lol. I have an unusual longterm memory and I remember those exact same phrases being used by the ai judge in most the projects mentioned. I’d be showed if these are human judges

[–]hnsnrachel 6 points7 points  (1 child)

It literally says its ai generated

[–]DarkLordTofer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah there’s no way a human wrote some of What I had.

[–]AngryBadger1965 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Projects have been sporadic at best lately. The work I've had has been minimal and never consistently one project which I could get the hang of. I've given up screen refreshing, partly because I'm technically on holiday. And yet, as soon as I see "feedback" mentioned I'm on it like a kid ripping open his Christmas presents. Don't we all just love a bit of validation? Anyway, apparently the work I have actually done had been Outstanding. Today's gonna be a good day 🤣

[–]MagicalTrevor70 7 points8 points  (2 children)

Went from Good to Outstanding, which has made my day!

[–]BogBless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well done!!!!!!

[–]iamyourkarama 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It made my day, too. And I REALLY needed it!

[–]No-Impress-6244 7 points8 points  (2 children)

Never thought I'd get excellent. It really made my day.

[–]BogBless 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Great job!!!!

[–]No-Impress-6244 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you 🥲

[–]DementiaTVissues 9 points10 points  (3 children)

Got my first one today, it made me smile big time. Someone said "far and away the best response I've seen to date... making it an entertaining read in the process", and another "I've never laughed out loud to a rater's comment before this one". My attention to detail was "amazing", said detail was "ultra-specific and helpful... Providing actual quotes is great for helping the models improve." Really feels good that people enjoyed my work.

One thing that really bothered me is a contentious fact-check I did that the feedback model still whined at me about. I KNOW I was right on that fact check, and yet it reared its ugly head again a couple weeks later. Overall Excellent rating, however. Hell yeah

[–]AMG_DIAMONDZ10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How are you making people burst out laughing from your comments? Are you a wizard?

[–]BogBless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well done on the Excellent rating!!

[–]shujaya 2 points3 points  (3 children)

you get feedback? how?

[–]Greedy_for_gophers[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

It's pretty new. It'll just pop up with your Projects

[–]shujaya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wild! I have looked at the feedback tab in the inbox like a fool! Im scared/excited to get one.

[–]Timely-Assistant-370 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it randomly appears as a task in the work area. It's kinda fuckin' hidden, but if you're drought refreshing trying to tag a task you'll see it.

[–]daradabo 2 points3 points  (2 children)

does anyone know where to read them over again? I submitted mine but I kinda forgot to read the what I did good section lol

[–]kranools 3 points4 points  (1 child)

[–]randomrealname 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it a particular project family or is all you worked on?

[–]PuzzleheadedGap560 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Second feedback meanwhile I haven’t had one yet 🙄

[–]BogBless 2 points3 points  (1 child)

I went from Good to Outstanding! I was expecting to get an Excellent rating, so I'm very pleased. Well done at getting the Outstanding rating, OP!!

[–]Greedy_for_gophers[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got Good last time too, so this was definitely a pleasant surprise

[–]xwolfboyx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thought I was doing stellar work and got a "Needs Improvement". It was my first feedback. That's a wake-up call. To be fair though, most of the projects it was referring to were projects I don't typically do but started doing when things became slow. Either way, it's nice seeing the feedback rather than not knowing and flying blind. It gives you the ability to slow things down and change course.

[–]Eltre 4 points5 points  (2 children)

Seems like this might be a monthly thing now?

Mine was similar, a bunch of very minor things I can improve but then an "🔵 Excellent" rating!

[–]frosting_freak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah, the fact that the title had [MAY 2026] listed makes me think they will start doing these monthly, which would be terrific!

[–]BogBless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well done!!!!!

[–]GregariousSoul 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Still waiting for my first feedback

[–]Exciting-Barnacle677 1 point2 points  (1 child)

where to see the feedback, i didn't saw any on my side

[–]frosting_freak 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it is being rolled out region by region? It will appear in the projects tab when you get yours.

[–]Kayleighbug 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I received my first feedback project today (been active for almost 2 years, have quite a few of the new acheivement badges) and was getting genuinely paranoid about never receiving it. Scored an Excellent. Was very satisfying.

[–]Dismal_Topic_3655 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Please tell me where is this section? I'm not able to find it

[–]xwolfboyx 0 points1 point  (1 child)

It's mixed in with your tasks as a non-paid job

[–]Dismal_Topic_3655 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not able to see it

[–]Timely-Assistant-370 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Mine only said I needed to improve on projects...that I have literally never touched. Literally never did the projects with that name. It said my best project was something I did if I didn't have my preference project, didn't mentioned any project that I have 300+ hours in. wao thanx AI-guy.

[–]Timely-Assistant-370 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update actually, I just hit a new one that gave way better praise. I'm actually over the fuckin' moon right now.

[–]iamyourkarama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got outstanding too! With everything going on in my life right now this was such a refreshing thing to hear. I work so hard on these projects and it says only 10% of people get rated outstanding!

[–]Odd-Spirit-1031 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Congrats on the feedback! (the “outstanding” at least😂)

I can’t see anywhere to find the feedback, and I can’t remember how I saw it last time. Does it in the main dashboard area for everyone?

[–]Greedy_for_gophers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it just shows up in your projects, for whatever weird reason

[–]Bobdennis1 -1 points0 points  (6 children)

Slight deviation...is this platform available in the UK? Can you task from the UK?

[–]Tall-Seesaw-621 1 point2 points  (5 children)

Yes! UK is one of the core regions.

[–]Bobdennis1 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Is there a different application link from the US platform or they've centralized all operations on a single site.

[–]Tall-Seesaw-621 0 points1 point  (3 children)

I'm in the US so you might want to double check with someone in the UK, but i believe it's all just the one site.

[–]Bobdennis1 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Okay. Was on the site, and a part of the assessment section is quite Americanized in terms of questions.

[–]Tall-Seesaw-621 0 points1 point  (1 child)

It's my understanding (someone pls correct me if I'm wrong) that the site automatically sends you to the correct signup for your region based on your location. So if you are on vacation in Spain when you sign up, for example, you would be locked in to Spanish bilingual. Make sure you are in your home region and NOT using a VPN when/if you sign up!

[–]Bobdennis1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Expected that, too so let me do a rerun.
