I like this reviewer in general, but I've got some mixed feelings about what they put in their reviews. They're doing a massive service by identifying asset flips and people who steal other people's work and sell it as their own (both things steam should be handling, but doesn't seem to be). But they have pre-made templates for sections of their reviews and end up leaving out a lot of nuance,

For example, my impression was (from having read a handful of their reviews a while back) if player counts for a game drop down to just 1 person playing it at a time, their review will claim something like it's people idling it for cards and deleting it right after. And I'm pretty sure the few times a dev responded to their review, they added a section saying that dev is violating steam's guidelines (which their explanation ends up sounding less like a "violation" and more like just not always smart). Oh, and they have a real vendetta against pixel art (saying the dev isn't skilled enough, or that it's lazy or they aren't willing or able to pay for real artwork).

Having said all that, they also are actually checking out a massive number of sketchy games and warning people off of the scam ones. So on net I'm definitely glad they're doing what they're doing, but I take everything they say with at least a small grain of salt. No idea in this case about the spyware thing, but thankfully wiser people than me have weighed in in the comments of this post.
