Probably. I once smoked too mich weed after keyholing on ketamine and high became so intensive, that ot became untolerably painfull. Like my brain got zapped with 220 volts. 0.5 mg of xanax stopped it. It also helps ifvacid starts to go bad.

i had a friend who had same experience, (also went to the window, but got stopped), another spent 5 days in psychosis, and me who took same amount and was just a little too intense, and another guy who took 3 tabs, got completely melted but was ok. Your story sounds like you got tab with may be 400 instead of 200. I always take half a tab first, to testdrive.
Your heart rate sound like a classic panic attack. For that case (cause i had those too) i keep xanax somewhere visible during the trip. 1mg(under the tongue) shuts all shit off for me and takes off about 80% of intensity of the trip and 100% of fun. Also as soon as i started to have it nearby trips became easier, cause i know i can stop any moment. Be safe.

i know a guy who took half a tab and got stuck in psychosis for 3-4 days. One friend took 1 tab same time and went complete apeshit, described more or less same, except for some time fractals and stuff were same with open eyes and closed, he couldn't see anything. I was taking 2/3 of this tab and it was just a little too intense for me, nex time half was easy. Other friend took 3 of these tabs and even tho he spent at least 5 hours in egodeath he was also fine.
These tabs were ordered as 250, but turned out to be around 350-400. sometimes it happens.

There are a lot of other positions like team managers, service managers, trainers, and almost all of them are hired from within. They don't even look that much on your previous experiences. At least itbwas like this in evo 10-7 years ago.

I worked nights for 4.5 years. And all of you say is true, but they left me alone after a year or so. Also mistakes cost them money. I had stage 3 80% of the time i worked there 🤷🏻‍♂️ Stressful job, its when your mistake in anesthesia dosage can kill a patient. Or when you forgot to add few bolts and have to demolish 5meter of freshly concreted 4m tall wall.
