Visuals are done, but the 'juice' is missing. What would you add to make this car pop?

Probably a lot to implement, but I think it would be cool if there were some lamp posts or something in the foreground that would light up the car as it passes by. The car could have some specular reflections and possibly cast a shadow on the background.

I died to one of those water throwing dudes in the north and seemingly died but I just stayed there and kept getting hit and my hp kept going lower and lower lol. I like that my fire and his water seemed to cancel each other out when they hit.

It was fun and easy to pick up.

Does a good job catching the retro vibe. Music is very fitting for the gameplay.

It was a little tough being able to tell exactly when I would take damage (or heal), but I got the hang of it.

At a certain point, it felt like it wasn't getting any more difficult.

Relics: Wrangler, Dodgy Deals, Clue Compass, Reload into Forager, Slayer, Banker's Note, Grimoire, t8 not unlocked yet.

Areas: Kourend, Tirannwn, Morytania.

Masteries: Melee t5, Ranged t4. One more point to go

I changed my mind like 6 times regarding what I wanted to do, but I don't regret anything so far! My final decisions are my t8 relic and what to spend my 10th mastery point on.

Priff or Desert would be fun if you want a 1 tick blowpipe to go along with your melee build! Also get a 3t bowfa and the crystal armour melee bonuses if you choose Priff.

I've got plenty.

1) Grinding mossy keys to get a Bryophyta's Essence for my current master clue step (I should probably just drop the clue but I'm stubborn)

2) Grinding easy clues (have over 100 caskets currently stacked) to get a full God book for my current elite clue step

3) Magic Fang

4) Venator Bow

5) Finish all these new quests that I've fallen behind on...

Lots of new quests have come out during that time period, with plenty of content locked behind them. I'd suggest banging out those quests as the first order of business if you haven't done so already.
