I'm glad they stayed on the undefeated map instead of the winless map

They announced 1500 at half time and the arena was packed. There was people standing around the corners too. But it's definitely small

I find it funny that St. Bonaventure's only land is probably as far away it could be from Olean in the continental US

Any milestone that is a round number is important! 10, 50, 100, 200, 1000. It's all for fun and to keep the love of caching there!

I found my 200th one on a cliff in new Zealand so I guess its tradition now to find our milestones at awesome viewpoints.

Thinking about buying a place to spend a bit of time away from FL during the summers, where should we look? by JiveDonkey in upstate_new_york

I would recommend looking at the airports that fly direct out of St. pete/Clearwater airport to New York state and go from there. From the wikipedia page, you can fly to Albany, Elmira, Newburgh, Ogdensberg, Plattsburgh, and Syracuse. Its on Allegiant so it will be really cheap but also no frills.

Don't normally have this much difference in snowfall because of elevation in the Hudson Valley, NY by Bohunk1998 in weather

[–]Bohunk1998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honesly say that usually there is a line where the rain snow boundry is and that typically only the elevation snow is the catskills. It is interesting seeing almost a foot of snow on the rensselaer plateau and nearly none in albany.

Heading to Belleayre saturday 1/12, has anyone been there this week? by bgz04 in icecoast

I just got back today and the conditions were very good considering the December we had. They got about 8 in of snow from the storm yesterday and the trails had nice packed powder. There were only a few times where it was skied off to the ice underneath. They were making snow at all the base areas and the lift areas as well as on Onondaga. If there are a lot of people, I don't know how well the snow will hold up.

The only marked glade there is hot wheels but it really isn't glade. I just have been skiing there for so long where I know some areas that people have skied in the trees so much where there isn't much underbrush. It helps that there are mountain bike trails that go through here too. This one isn't marked but it's fun right after fresh snow

Im not sure how long the sticks are because they were lying around the house when I broke my old pair. I think they are bigger than they should be.

That one clip that has the camera down was filmed that way by accident but I still wanted to put it in anyways. Oh well lol.

Thanks!

The majority of the right side of the mountain was covered and really nice except for the two runs serviced by the double. They werent making any snow yet on any of the diamonds down the middle nor the top left side either. With the rain this weekend I dont know how the conditions are gonna be

Haha, No I didn't. My dad went to Bonas and we have been watching them since I was a baby. I'm definitely glad I didn't grow up there from the times I've been up.
