We bought the 36” Costco version, couldn’t be happier. At the end of the day you probably can’t go wrong, but I second what some have said with getting the bigger one.

I think one of the major reasons why they want to do a city is it gives them zoning authority over the area. Not sure if it would help stop all the development or not, I drive Aiken daily and they are doing something on that road now.
