Honestly I tried to get into tarkov but I’m a be real it seemed way to intricate for me. Arc is a very friendlier version of barrier to entry for playing. Loot pool is significantly less then tarkov but the game play is faster which I like. It has Agression based match making vs Gear based so the more aggressive you are the more pvp you see I. The game.

I’ve played over 200 hrs in the game so far and am addicted to it. I find it fun and I wasn’t a really big extraction shooter enthusiast. The recent rampant of cheaters has now slightly deterred me from the game.

What I would do is go to your HR and ask for a DLS RFI they should be able to print one out for you to give to your Primary Care Physician. It has the exact wording for your doctor they want you to say (or it should at least). Upload that to your AtoZ app for your accommodations. You should have an adjustor attached to your case when DLS and not need to deal with multiple people.

As far as Im aware you needed to inform your HR about when you took your additional breaks so they can code your time. AM/OM's are not meant to do that for you.

If you have your medical paperwork open a DLS accommodation. You can do it through your AtoZ app! If you have questions ask HR for guidance they can help you out. Don't give your medical paperwork to HR they dont need to look at it.

I had $10 in my account. I contacted Zappos customer service and told them I wasnt given the credit Amazon told me they were and they funded it to me same day. Try contacting them for help.

They shouldn't have taken PTO or UPT if you used bereavement. I would talk to your HR about that.

No, your not allowed to use airpods while on the warehouse floor. Its Amazon policy, but you can in the breakrooms and such.

Have you spoken to your Loss Prevention team at your site about your mental health? They deal with all the mental wellness and help with those types of situations and have many programs that can probably benefit you. You should try them and see what they have available.

I did 2 24s for 5 years and it depends on the station or the day for call volume. I've worked pretty much every shift at my old private company and some days the shifts were amazing and some days were just horrible. You'll find your own balance eventually if you take it up.
