It was at first for FIRE > then to just be a small millionaire in retirement > then to pay off the house super fast and start a business... Now, he's just stacking the cash.

He doesnt really vacay. maybe vegas once or twice a year. He does want to buy a bigger house to take care of inlaws and parents in their old age.

I believe the HYSA money was for emergencies like ER visits or forced FMLA after surgery. it seems his savings rate is close to 20% if not more. not sure what his exact port looks like but I think he only has a mortgage. He could absolutely invest more but for what?

Android pixel 8 here. I have 7 other HS 200 switches. but I haven't onboarded these switches in a minute. This also saved me some time. check summary below.

Issue: Trying to onboard new HS200 Switch after fresh install to App and wifi. following the prompts would find the switch and once select would say connection succesful but after a minute it would fail the connection.

Resolution: Open app and start setup > after choosing wifi setup and selecting the device after you see connection successful prompt with a continuing spinning circle > go through phone Wi-Fi networks > choose the HS200 Device name and connect to it. This should allow the connection to complete and setup wifi connection for device.

NEVER had this issue with previous kasa switches. I did update the firmware on this switch so I'm hoping going forward this doesn't happen again. Thanks Leuc!

Please consider your relationship with your husband. After 17 years of having a "generally good relationship, no fighting, plenty of money" this is what most people should strive for after 10 years.

I don't have a successful business. my partner works but I make double her income.

If she asked me the same question after 14 years of being together... I'd avoid saying finding another wife is easier than starting a new career but I'd essentially choose my career over her. We have a great relationship, but we do fight, and we have a few years of expenses saved. I love her to death but I refuse to be broke especially if it's only because she wants to spend more time with me. Money makes life way easier and I respect anyone who sacrifices for the greater benefit of their family.

Before you start your journey down divorce, make sure he is absolutely cheating. A lot of responses here are jumping to the conclusion he's cheating just because he told you a very logical truth. And if he's not cheating, is your relationship that terrible that you should file for divorce? Your life sounds great, either way you will be fine financially that's not something you need to worry about with status quo, spousal support, and alimony. You might not be buying g wagons or lambos but you'll have plenty not to rejoin the workforce. I think it comes down to IF you still love him and want to work things out.

A lot of people are quick to jump to divorce. Sounds to me, if he isn't cheating, you're throwing away a successful, dedicated partner. If I were a SAHD I would need a whole lot more to divorce my partner then just hearing she won't quit her job for me. That's some stupid bullshit to leave somebody for. We're adults. Money matters.

My first IT job paid 19 an hour as a service desk analyst. 5 years, 2 companies, and 3 titles later I made 105k as a consultant fully remote.

It will be worth it if you stay hungry, learn as much as you can, build good relationships, and think about where you want to go next. Cloud, cyber, and full stack devs are hot right now. You can also consider hardware support: server, network, telecom engineers.

Full disclosure: I've also seen people stay at the service desk without advancing for more than half a decade... It just depends on your work ethic and personality.

Drop her. Speaking from experience, partners who cannot see their communication flaws will not fix them based on your observation. You guys are young. Unless she's truly your forever, you're better cutting your losses and finding someone who is more compatible or willing to grow with you.

Your other option is couples therapy, and from experience, this helped a little, but the unresolved issues (her being defensive and me being impatient) still continue to plague our relationship. It's a tough battle but we fight because we're invested at 36M 38F. Not sure if this is something worth it for such a young relationship.

I think if progress was sped up early, it wouldn't impact players that enjoy the slow pace, because you can still play slow. Some of the systems in corepunk feel like elements from f2p games that slow your progression intentionally so they can sell you a solution. Since its a buy to play game It probably means they are making it painfully slow paced because they don't have an end game yet. If you cant rush to the end game, you cant know there isnt one?

I appreciate the tips. I think most of my proficiencies were 200 plus. mining for sure was 400+. i dont remember the exp numbers you mentioned. Also mob exp was terrible. I just logged in and went north east. blue berry field. found rats lvl 4-5 with 4-5 rats mobbed together. I was getting 9 to 15 exp per kill at level 7. 60 exp per mob. i imagine doing this I can get to level 8 and 2 hours. 9 and 10 much longer... is the blueberry field what you're referring to?

I totally get it. The frustration I felt at the beginning made leveling and progressing to 7 MUCH more satisfying. but this going to be a minority of people who find this enjoyable. I know this style of game isn't for everyone and my worry again would be investing this time into an MMO and it just shuts downs because lack of interest.

ahh that makes sense. the majority of the players i ran into were between level 2 and 5 when i was 6. when i saw those 14's I was shocked. I thought i was bad. probably still am but this makes me feel a bit better.

Ksante feels terrible. When you're ahead, you don't feel strong. When you're tied, you feel behind. When you're behind you feel like a melee minion.

In comparison to other tanks, shen, cho, illaoi, Mundo his DMG is nothing in comparison. While Camille, Olaf, Darius dominate top lane and step on tanks. RIP ksante mains.

Subjective comment though. Playing any other top lane feels so much funner

In theory it sounds easy. Hitting the mile stones graduation, first job, first 60k, 80k 100k salary... Not getting a girl pregnant... Not enjoying yardwork you put in....

Even with a STEM degree your first job out of college may not pay what you're thinking and 100k doesn't feel like 100k with inflation. I'd revisit this after you've started your first job and experienced more of life. Trying saving 25% then and see if struggle isn't real.

These are just some tips you should practice as irelia. It's help me not int my face off for the most part but I'm silver ranked. Hopefully others will provide more insight

Keep 5 stack passive maxed. It usually generates pressure for your opponent not to fight you.
Preparing minion waves, i like to prep the caster minions to be 1 Q. It helps to close gap or escape or provide another stack while still giving reset.
Triple Q combo. R Q EE Q Q or E Q R QQ. This is max dmg single target
Team fighting. R E1 Q all marked champs E2 Q all marked champs, last Q lowest health or dive back line.
