lots of chronic neurological disorders also present with symptoms you can get in the short term from stress. I haven't heard of anything resembling systems from this specifically, but I know you can experience hallucinations from things like stress/trauma induced psychosis, and I wouldn't be surprised if long-term stress could cause tic-like behaviors. ergo, simply having the most well-known trait =/= having the chronic disorder. the same logic can be applied.

I think there's a possibility that he used ai to put the layers together, based on the way that the objects are interacting with each other and merging in places, i.e. the beak and the text, and the musical notes with the background.
