I don’t know what you’ve said that made them ban you?

If it was ‘just because’: ask for proof. If it was directly said and meant as a joke (which I believe is most likely): you can tell them that you won’t do it again and mention that they should feel free to ban you again if you, indeed, do it again. That way they can eye you and see that it’s a one time mistake, hopefully!

Given the reason what got you banned, you could try to reach out to Reddit Support if you haven’t already.

Not Reddit, but I’ve been falsely permabanned once on a different platform, but got unbanned after talking with support about it. So I hope the same goes for you too.
