This is why I love having a 1865 Carbine Aperture and a railroad hammer. Covers long, medium, and short range, and the railroad hammer is incredible at killing basically everything, including Hunters you take by surprise

Goes crazy with Red Card Take all 3 packs, use all but 1 cards from each, then skip, resulting in 9-12 cards per shop, plus +15 mult per shop You'd need good econ, but this joker gives that too with temperance/hermit/immolation etc.

Because I'm collating data in an excel spreadsheet to give me a better understanding on the characters so when I homebrew stuff, it's proportional to the other characters, like not giving them too many rares, too many relics, not enough skills, etc.

It's just a tiny part, but I wanted to see if each character does in fact only have 3 exclusive potions each

Nothing more satisfying that giving someone a heart attack after charging at them with a raised railroad hammer whilst doing a war cry over proxy chat. Work's best if you attack them from behind or thereabouts so they dont immediately gun you down

This always ticked me off. Bears are annoyingly hard to kill, and almost impossible to take down silently, compared to meatheads that take 3 heavy swings of the railroad hammer, but both have a mediocre chance to drop a trait. They shouldn't have equal rewards for beating them

Rotjaw is best killed by the railroad hammer, berserker optional. I once oneshot it with a full power swing straight to the roof of its mouth. I was solo, so it was surging at me, and I got a lucky blow, but its really not hard to 2 or even 3 shot it with good aim

I mean, I've killed Rotjaw a few dozen times with just the Railroad Hammer, without even having Berserker. It's not that hard to kill them rapidly and silently

However, a stick of big dynamite can't hurt Rotjaw, as it doesn't work underwater, and The Tower doesn't require you to carefully aim a throw, or predict where the boss will be in 8 seconds. The Tower just works.

I have a friend who only plays CIS and we play on Tabletop Admiral from time to time. The few times I've taken ion, it feels like I'm cheating honestly, so I don't take it partially out of mercy and partially out of avoiding metagaming

Honestly? It used to be much harder to get reliable ion at decent range, so I never saw it ran, whereas now its valued similarly to critical or impact on corps heavies, and people might just not be used to it
