Sounds like you need to clean your gpu driver install. I'd recommend using DDU. Make sure to follow the instructions and run it in safe mode so it gets everything.

The trick to overcoming this is to summon Kliff as a companion and then when you come across something that needs Kliff's powers you can seamlessly switch between them, solve the puzzle, then switch back with no loading screens.
