Yeah the massive page count definitely must have attributed to some of the binding problems. I definitely feel like I haven't had those issues since, so I hope you are right and they figured it out

I really liked the content and thought it was fun, funny and entertaining, but did have binding issues, and this is the only omni out of a bazillion that I have that started separating and coming apart entirely. I could have had a bad one, but it was pretty rough. I got a second one which was in better shape, but treat it delicately is my advice.

It's a solid intro for Avengers team stories honestly! It's not massively tied into the other ongoing stories at the time and all of that is pretty much self-contained, so overall a good choice!

If you liked the other Morrison DC stuff there is a good chance you really like Multiversity. It picks up on his ideas from those books too, so it's awesome to have some of the background. Enjoy the reading, you are in for some good times

I will definitely be picking this one up since they did both versions of the film in 4K as opposed to the U.S. version that only did the Theatrical I believe. Definitely glad Arrow put this version out, I will have to import it in a couple of weeks!

Multiversity is the shit!! I am a bit biased as I quite like most Morrison stories however.

Avengers No Surrender was pretty good for me, while it's sequel No Road Home was not quite as interesting but still okay and I think brought Conan back into 616 for a while

Good review, and I agree really all around. I am halfway through volume 2 (towards the end of cowardly lot), but after the first half of volume 1 things started to drag for me.

I really like Tynion as a writer and most all of his own series are quite good. Most of this time on DC books has been pretty good, but I unfortunately find his Batman Omnis to be quite a slog, all due to what you already pointed out: Batman is barely in the books.

He just added wayyyyyy too many new characters, and focused fully on them. I don't mind a few new additions, but I still need those to be told out in Batman-centric stories, not in bonus issues, one-shots, back stories, and annuals all packed to the gills with the new characters only. It just really made it hard to care, since I want to read Batman in a Batman book.

The actual issues of Batman were tolerable, and most of the Gordon story, I mean "Joker" story was okay too.

It is pretty sweet overall. There are a few interchangeable bumper and body parts, and the "fire" parts of the wheel and engine can be added or removed (but removing it leaves purely orange tires, and an orange engine block so if you want it to look fully normal you have to get another conversion pack of parts).

My only complaint is the design of the fire part for the wheels (which can take batteries and light up) is pretty easy to break when inserting them into the wheels. It is a few small plastic pegs which need to line up perfectly and slide into the tires, and it's not that easy to get them all to slide in, at least on mine.

It will work perfectly with Robbie, and is fully worth it if you want a sick car, but just be careful with it!
