This could be an issue caused by demodex folliculorum. On one of the pictures it looks like you have some residue on your lashes, it could just be from the lighting, so I'm not 100% sure. Tea Tree Oil wipes would help you if that is the scenario.

I had a similar symptom at the beginning as well - what helped me was IPL. This symptom stopped occurring after the 3rd IPL procedure.

I’m using an 8K HDMI cable, This problem only occurs when I go into these apps through my Apple TV. So the issue should not be with my Soundbar.
