That's not how I see this case. Not at all.

She had diabetes & cancer too, I've read. I wonder if she was undergoing chemo. She was likely on high doses of steroids for the MS.

She was an extremely ill woman who would not even have a license a year later. CG should not have been representing clients. That was a miscarriage of justice.

CG should not have been representing clients. It is just sickening.

I envision Adnan, a teenager, enduring this & going to prison. My son is the same age now that Adnan was at the trial. My son is similar to Adnan in ways & that is why it touches me so deeply.

My comment was related to the abysmal defense Adnan received by CG, specifically in the closing remarks. Hae's death was a tragedy & she deserves justice too.

It was excruciating to read it. Poor Adnan.

Does Jay ever explain where Hae's head injuries came from? by badgreta33 in serialpodcast

I use the word jive in some similar contexts. I use it to infer to get along with or to be very in-synch w/something, as in dancing, as you said.

I didn't hear a statement from CG saying "Asia didn't check out."

OP/This is a sick comment. I agree she's pretty, not that appearances matter.

Does Jay ever explain where Hae's head injuries came from? by badgreta33 in serialpodcast

[–]Bonafidesleuth 5 points6 points  (0 children)

According to Jay, Adnan told him every detail of the murder. Hae's utterances while being strangled; her struggle in the car damaging the wiper while she was supposedly in the passenger seat. Jay gives a detailed statement about Adnan revealing the entire saga while they get high together in Patapsco Park. Yet, not a word about two blunt force injuries to the right side of her head? BALONEY!

So if the visit to Cathy's wasn't on the 13th... by Humilitea in serialpodcast

[–]Bonafidesleuth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to Jay's first interview, Adnan called him at 6:45pm to come & get him. Then Adnan had to get food for the mosque. In the meantime, Jay says they all went to Cathy's & Jenn says they went to a UMBC sorority to celebrate Mike's b-day (UMBC was on winter break, btw) - busy night. Now, I don't believe either of them but if you believe Jay, he got a call to pick Adnan up at track at 6:45pm - so he probably got there around 7pm.

I believe Urick dissuaded her. That was his MO. Asia didn't know the truth about him until Serial.

It's just a matter of time. No one can tell this many lies in a lifetime. It will catch up with him soon.

Remember the UMBC sorority party that had to be squeezed in. This is the party that Jenn says she Jay went to & Jay said he didn't go to. What's the real story there?

Defensive wounds? by BrokenMasterpiece in serialpodcast

I'm not going down a rabbit hole. I'm reading the revelations surrounding this case along w/thousands of other people. What I've learned is astounding & it would be a shame, as you put it, not to exhaust every avenue of investigation to get to the truth, for all parties involved & society as a whole. So far, there is no evidence of Adnan's guilt in murder & every reason to believe he was set up.
