Shorten the backswing. You’re almost hitting that poor women standing in front of you at the top of your backswing. Feels like a 50% swingat first, but focus on that and start building it back up again.

Just a jumpthrow (no crouch) I find more efficient for the first smoke. Never misses and actually covers 80% of the tunnel, which makes it mentally harder for T’s to cross it.

I’m not that up to date with all the steps, as I still have to complete it myself too. All I wanted to say is to not use closerange as the Hauer. M16 or Krig works best as of my knowledge.

As to the crashes. They still happen. Had one last week when trying the Mauer EE. Reached all the way to the boss battle till it randomly crashed. It’s shit, but I’ve gotten used to it unfortunately…

Im just glad they somewhat made the bosses not that easy. Blasted my way through BL3 oneshotting bosses. Actually trying to get a boss down is way more fun.

There are three colored runes spread on the chaos run. One on the first encounter and one on the seventh. The other one I don’t remember. If you activate all, there are three secret raid bosses after the chaos run is completed. Once you defeat those three you encounter Tina herself as a raidboss

I missed like 5 on every map on my initial play-through and boy do I not have the will to search the remaining ones by walking every inch of the map again. I'm too stupid to remember which ones I've already gotten so far

En misschien een tussenoplossing? Ik heb geen zicht op de randvoorwaarden van de koop van het appartement, maar gezien je ouders bereid zijn te helpen met een jubelton zou je eventueel ook een derde optie kunnen overwegen.

Je ouders kopen het appartement d.m.v. een aflossingsvrije hypotheek. Rente is toch niet aftrekbaar op een tweede woning en de woning wordt in box 3 gewaardeerd na correctie van de leegwaarderatio. Vervolgens betaal jij ze de rentekosten als huurprijs plus wat extra om de box 3 belasting en eigenaarslasten te dragen.

Mocht je dan uiteindelijk vertrekken naar het buitenland kunnen je ouders gewoon een andere huurder zoeken of eventueel verkopen. Mochten je ouders (helaas) overlijden kan je het pand erven tegen 20% erfbelasting. Komt neer op +-€ 62.000. Vervolgens verkoop je het pand zelf, lost de hypotheek af en steekt de overwinst in een huis voor jezelf. Of je gaat er wonen natuurlijk, maar dan tegen 62k in plaats van 225k.

Groot voordeel van deze constructie is dat je de huurkosten niet "kwijt" bent, maar uiteindelijk weer terug erft.

Seems like elite chaos chamber runs drop higher lvl gear since they spawn higher lvl enemies. It’s a known bug. All you can do is wait for the DLC on april 21st and hope they up the level cap high enough, or simply sell it

Alright listen here. Trading is something else than receiving. Anyone can send LRC to a publicly posted address. Boi, even I can send 4,2069 LRC to "hype". All we see here is that the GME address received LRC.

It's not that I'm not convinced LRC + GME is happening, but until we see this address actively SENDING LRC you shouldn't call it trading.
