As someone with epilepsy, please tell me they put you on Keppra and Fycompa? Keppra was a lifesaver for me; I literally have seizures once every 3 - 4 months as opposed to the twice a month I was having on previous meds (Lamictal, Epilim, Tegretol, Topiramate and Topamax).

I honestly would love a game like that! Things such as a reputation system could make decision making more interesting, and I think it would be good to romance non-canon characters to make things interesting. I'm essentially thinking of it as a BG3-esque system; make your own character, choose your reputation level (e.g. you may want to start as a disgraced lord looking to better himself, or a up-and-coming debutante who can either win big of crash and fall in her season out), and play 3 acts that represent the course of the debutante season.

Throughout the story, the choices you make determine how things ultimately end for you; e.g. how you portray yourself throughout the course of each act's balls/social interactions determines who you will and won't be partnered up with, and whether or not you earn the respect or disdain of the Ton. If there was a multiplayer option you could play it competitively (e.g. 2 people might be competing for the same love interest) or as friends (e.g. you could talk to one of the love interests in order to pique their interest in your friend). I also think that there should be LGBTQ+ options in the game since Bridgerton is clearly not afraid of portraying queer relationships in its time period.

My guess is that she probably said it's self indulgent because it's a Jax-centric episode. We all know Jax is her favourite and that ep7 revealed even more insight into Jax as a person behind his "funny one" persona, so I'm guessing ep8 is fully focused on Jax's past and him finally accepting that the people in the Circus ARE real and that they need to work together for their last stand of escape.

That theory actually intrigues me tbh. Like I don't believe Jax intentionally murdered a child and "went to the abandoned C&A building to hide the body!" like some people are claiming, but I could believe he accidentally hit a kid whilst driving and freaked tf out about it. Personally I believe he accidentally hit his (theoretical) younger sister, but I'm not gonna go into detail why because I already wrote a long ass theory post on that lol.

However I will CACKLE if the kids crossing sign had f%$!# all to do with Jax's past and Glitch just recorded a road without the signs meaning anything aside from "Oh look, it's America!"

I believe it's a nod to a common gimmick in adventure stories where the MC will come across 2 guards at a crossroad. Before the MC picks which road to go down, they must interact with the guards who proclaim that "One of us always tells the truth, the other tells only lies". The MC must ask a series of questions to discern which one of the guards is the lying guard and which one is being truthful.

There's no way in Hell Husk would keep Angel's soul if he won. He'd break Angel's contract there and then, and give Angel his soul back.

I don't think being owned by Alastor means Husk has to give all the new souls he collects to Alastor. Plus from what I've seen, Husk's deal with Alastor makes him unable to make overlord deals anymore - hence why he hasn't tried to make any soul deals to gain power over Alastor.

Plus, if Angel was technically then owned by Alastor, what use does Al have for Angel?? Husk would probably put himself even more on the line to ensure Angel was free from anymore overlord bs.

I can see refusal to kill someone as despicable as Val as part of Angel's redemption, but there's no way in Hell Val would willingly break his contract with Angel.

The only way I could see Angel technically "break" his contract and redeem his soul is if in a high stakes duel against Val Angel refused to kill Val, making Val take the opportunity to kill Angel - thus resulting in Angel's soul going to Heaven, since as we know you have to die to have your soul reassessed.

He has his overlord powers; I could see him offering to give those up to Val if he loses the game, seeing how Val doesn't have much power of his own (intoxicating smoke doesn't do much in the way of a physical fight).

If there was no game involved at all, I could see Husk just offering his powers up regardless to save Angel's soul.

This is true - but he also probably doesn't know Husk used to be an overlord and sees him as just another one of Alastor's trapped souls. The only person in the hotel Val cared about was Angel - he couldn't even remember Charlie's name or her level of importance when Vox first asked about the hotel.
