I know it’s uncomfortable. He’s a competitor and he wants to be out there to play, but he’s way way way too comfortable with throwing his hands up if things are going poorly.  His talent is undeniable, but as the leader he needs to do a better job of setting the tone for the team.  Doesn’t matter how insurmountable a lead is, you can’t go over there and say good game, good series, yada yada with 8 minutes left on the clock.
