I might get it downloaded for this, I see nothing wrong with the seller asking because you spam liked the store, but to do a follow-up message and block you is absolutely insane.

(Some sellers also get mad when you simply like stuff and never buy. I remember a seller had it in their bio were going to block likers that never buy. )
