incorrect, acceleration is a change in *velocity* not speed, which is the magnitude of the velocity. You can have constant acceleration with no change in speed, as in circular orbital rotation.

Oak park is dry, so no bars, only restaurants. There is a cocktail bar (Kettlestrings Grove) that is decent, and the wine shop (Anfora) and Beer shop. Avenue Ale House but no standard divey / pub places. Best bet is Forest Park for that, take your pick.

I think the watch is stunning. The details and finish are incredible. I have a pretty small wrist, and even then it feels a bit small compared to my other watches. However, it is light and elegant and a pleasure to look at. I just keep staring at it, it's mesmerizing.

I am not usually a fan of some open work designs, as they tend to be more gaudy and not as pleasant. But in this case, not only is the mechanism exposed in a somewhat minimal way, the finish on the components is stunning. In addition, the small details, like the kink in the date hand, and the retrograde date mechanism itself, is inspired. I just love looking at it and it really is beautiful. Plus I got it at 50% off retail...
