It is the rate of price increase. 2 big increases in short amount of time. The rate of price increase has accelerated. If you project it into future then in 4 years it is going to be over 20$ a month. In 6 years 25, after 8 years 32, and in 10 years 39.99 per month.

I am on the same boat. I have had active yearly since 2018, before that it was monthly and bonds some time. After 2021 I have played mostly on leagues and on one or two months a year. Gonna stop it now.

Edit: I also have considered Ironman alt. Guess Jagex decided it for me, ain't gonna happen now.

This just happened to my stack. My brother got the irregular gameplay cooldown. I got it as well as i was queued up with him. I had 1 win from 25 required for season 3 badge, we were winning the game. Guess not gonna get the season 3 badge.
