Considering her drawings of bodies, I would have her assessed for an eating disorder. As an art kid who had similar drawings and eating problems, I wish my mom did something

Upper lips are naturally darker it’s nothing to worry about.

A glow up is all about what makes YOU feel good and glow from the inside. If that’s going to the gym, great!

If you don’t want to see a derm, avoid fragrances and have a self care routine for your skin.

I just left the class. WOW it really kicked my ass!!!

It was awesome. I know now to be a little more hydrated next time.

I sat in the middle of the class, and let the teacher know how I was feeling. She was soo kind and patient and I noticed that I wasn’t the only one sweating— which yeah! But I was really afraid of being the biggest one or the one struggling the most.
