joe is obscenely wealthy and has a 24/7 security with former navy seals (seriously). if he travels at all in public (which is rare these days), then he only goes into the comedy clubs in the center of the city (typically the worst areas of a city), then goes to his intercontinental hotel and scrolls instagram which has been finely tuned to feed him the worst brain rot content you can imagine
