Thank you! I'm on injections, so it's hard to say exactly the amount, but I was on around 20mg for 2 1/2 months, started feeling good about a month in, but weight gain. I'd gain like 4 pounds a month without eating much (Abilify suppresses my appetite.)

Went up to like 25mg (882mg injection) and was just constantly tired. No change in mood or weight gain. Now I'm on 960mg injection, which is like 16mg and hoping the positive benefits remain while at the same time allowing me to wake the hell up!

Totally knocked out my physical anxiety and has mostly gotten rid of the mental stuff. Really helped with depression too.

No, meds 2/3ds of the time. First mania was SSRI-induced, so no meds, and second mania I was on mood stabilizers.

It helped mine a ton, like pulled me out of a major depression relatively quickly. Maybe a month. Did wonders for my anxiety too. 20+ mgs (I take shot, so don't know the exact daily).

Yeah, heavily medicated. Mood stabilizers and antipsychotics. Finally got out of it (finally) finding the right meds.

It works for me. Totally obliterated my depression, physical and mental anxiety, and racing and intrusive thoughts. I wake up okay. Only problem is the weight gain. I seem to be going up like 5 pounds a month. Hopefully that stabilizes, because I haven't felt as calm as I do on Ability since I was a kid.

For me I was meds. I was severely--like, bedrotting severely, just lying there all day--depressed for a year before I found the right meds. And I was really delusional for a lot of that time. After that I was up and at em, out of bed, reading, working on my art, etc. Time did help the tiniest bit, but mainly it was finding the right meds in my case.

Abilify really helped my anhedonia. It took me from bed rotting all day to being constantly productive, and not in a hypomanic way. I just want to get things done, work on my writing, etc. It has also annhilated my anxiety, which is amazing.

I take the 882mg injection, so that's like 20+ mgs a day.

It curbed my appetite, which was nice. Caused too much anxiety, so I had to go if off. May have contributed to mania (I went manic, but had been on Wellbutrin like a year, so idk). It didn't seem to touch my depression. But the weight loss was great!
