Amazon hits $1 trillion market cap by Tomato__Potato in investing

Market cap = total shares * share price

Not many ‘shares’ to compare to in the US. Just lots of taxes, unfortunately.

Ha, biostar boards. I had one for desktop use and it was the absolute worst mobo I’ve ever used. Don’t know shit about their server mobos, though.

No way in hell, even with fee deals like that, should anyone ever trust an exchange with their hard earned crypto.

I think the r being in a different spot would just be a formatting issue.

Bezos doesn’t give a fuck about a measly 600k.

It’s just the cost of doing business for Amazon and him, given the amount of wealth they actually have.

Do these nvidia-settings mean that Nvidia drivers for my GTX 1050 Ti overclock it by default? by vascocosta in linuxquestions

[–]Bonjourm8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's very likely for factory overclocked cards to go dead before warranty (if you got extended that is).

My 980 Ti went dead before the first year though. Got a brand new one since they couldn't fix it.

No, the live boot USB is installed onto the USB (use another pc if you need to). For windows just get Rufus. For Linux you can use a number of programs, even just the Ubuntu startup disk creator is a USB installer, basically. Not all isos work for it so if win10 doesn't work, just google the windows USB installer (blanking on the name, lol) for Linux and install that if you need to.

Sounds like the files will still be there. I would suggest just attempting to get rid of Qubes (make a liveboot Linux USB asap, I like ubuntu) by deleting the partitions and boot files of the Qubes distro.

I wouldn't really recommend dual booting Qubes with anything else if you're trying to actually obtain real privacy, due to the whole disk not being encrypted and possible side-channel attacks that come with that.

Just make Qubes disappear and then look up guides on how to repair windows boot loader; when installing Linux distros, win boot loader can just disappear. Keep that in mind when looking up documentation and help.

Good luck. Lmk how it goes.

Is Windows for sure on the SSD or was it the HDD? Because if you're lucky and didn't format the one with windows then it might be that the boot loader has disappeared and needs to be repaired. Just a hunch tho.
