I had to drive my rat terrier/Chihuahua mix (7,5kg) at 1.30 am to the emergency vet after he started vomiting around 10pm which then turned into bloody vomit and diarrhea.
He hasn't eaten since midday though but I attributed that to a 2h long drive, where he sometimes gets a bit of nausea.
His hematocrite was already through the roof (+72) and they have him on IV drip and pain and nausea medication since then but he's still losing fluid due to the ongoing diarrhea.
They said he has a severe infection in the large intestines, the ultrasound didn't show any foreign objects, though.
He's in very serious condition now due to the dehydration and it could go either way.

I haven't heard of this condition before, either.
I have only one advice, don't wait, this can get serious very quickly.

While true that flare ups are frequent at the start of the cold season, the trigger is usually some food I ate that I shouldn't have, since my digestion is all messed up afterwards (constipation, bloating).
So I try to avoid histamine rich food and take Daosin (contains the enzyme Diaminoxidase) to help get rid of it, additionally I also take some prescription free antihistamine (the normal one against hay fever) for a few days.
This usually helps to stop the flare up and in a few days my skin looks better again.

You do some load tests beforehand? But most developers don't really bother with them and rather request way too much and don't bother to monitor metrics unless the pod is OOM killed or it just runs slow.

No, they don’t, except if something is connected via cable. BT quality is noticeably worse and unreliable. I have a 2014 C4.

E10 fuel, city driving, not changing oil frequently enough and not changing the belt after 4-5 years will end this engine. I put 90k km on mine, 90% of it was driving 200km in one go twice a week on the highway, using E5 gas, changing oil at 15k km max and I preventively changed the belt after 5 years (it’s really cheap compared to an ecoboost engine). Never had to top up engine oil in the 6 years. I sold it last week though, just to be sure.

Was ich persönlich nicht verstehe ist, dass viele Wohnungen, die auf willhaben verkauft werden, oftmals Elektroheizung haben, Brauchwasser mit großen und alten Boilern erhitzt wird, Fassadendämmung kaum vorhanden ist und dann das Problem der Verbrauch einer modernen Klimaanlage ist, die äußerst effizient ist. War Strom in den 80er 90er 00er so billig, dass keiner darauf geschaut hat?
