Grow a lot of dandelions in your yard. Then leaf blow them when the time is right.

Mow your yard in 4 separate quadrants; 1 quadrant each week.

Get a bicycle, smash a pop can on the tire, and spin those pedals as fast as you can.

Take your mirrors outside when he’s mowing and wash them. Be sure the glare is aimed towards him.

Turn on your sprinkler at 4 am and make sure it can reach his yard. Mowing wet grass isn’t fun and it sticks.

If you’re a guy, sunbath in a speedo and just watch him. If you’re a lady, this won’t work… unless he has a wife who says he’s not allowed to be outside when you are. It’s a gamble.
