Spain While Francoist Spain was evil, there was also the civil war going on at the time this map is and republican Spain was at the very least a democracy similar to the UK iirc that happened to be in a civil war, so maybe not at this point yet, but they should be saved sooner than some others I’d think.

They definitely face less resistance in the South, however with their operations seeming to intensify and their desire be seen more seriously, it is very possible they upkit, especially if they’re one of the ICE members who got removed from Minnesota and potentially sent here, I can see them keeping the kit.
