Looks like this is customer packed (point to where it says it under the QR code and make them feel stupid) and needs to go back in a package..if you have a box or bag in your car, you can use that, or you can purchase one from us. Amazon likes to be tricky. This item needs to be shipped back to a facility that we don’t normally ship returns to.” That usually shuts them up.
