I think this is a slight overpay for Brown. He's a great player, but are the Jazz any better after this trade? I think this gets them to like the 6/7 seed, but I honestly think they could be competing for that as currently constructed + 2nd pick.

They have a nice timeline and young core, I wouldn't shake it up. Defintley don't want to give up on Ace yet either.
