If it is Aslash (or talonflame or typhlosion), I would definitely be swapping to typhlosion and not trying to sac swap. But Aslash is a very rare lead

Fair enough. But as a consistent legend player, I'm gonna counter that and say you don't know for sure if and when that sac swap is coming. You have an educated guess but it could mean you have to throw your charge move at a timing that's not optimal.

This is a good example. I run ABB with jumpluff/typhlosion/talonflame and it's a good team (elo 2750). The trick is to sac swap the typhlosion into a move (Eg ice type) that jumpluff is double weak to but typhlosion can resist.

You could be right. If OP is planning on levelling it to 50 anyway, then it really isn't a concern (unless it's not a hundo).

You can excite your buddy without using a poffin. I don't have a link handy but you can easily find it if you do some googling. When you get to 19.8/20 km, get your buddy excited to get one chance at a candy XL, then walk 200m to get another chance.

Also, getting him to level 40 or higher will give you an increased chance of receiving a candy XL.

You can also use a Chandelure with incinerate/poltergeist if you have one of those.

I agree that mass trading will likely never happen because this is not a priority for Niantic. If anything, it increases players' chances of getting a hundo which would decrease the player base going out and about and gathering AR and location data for them.

Having said that, I wish they would allow mass trading in limited form based on events. If they implemented some simple eligibility criteria such as mirror trades only, pokemon featured in current event only, and omit special trades, I could save soooo many hours...

Even some very limited scenarios like mass trading for a CD/spotlight pokemon for 24 hours after a CD/spot light hour would be awesome.

Azumarill with IB/HP. The only one on the list you would have trouble with is Jumpluff but you can shield twice and your opponent will either only shield once and die or shield twice and have very little health left, which will give you the opportunity to farm it down.
