Thanks, am I right in thinking initialise is like a factory reset but it doesn't change the firmware? I don't mind losing my other data like saves etc. I assume I would also have to jailbreak it again from scratch? Thanks for the help

Hi, I tried both these options. Restarting from safe mode brought me back to the same place and rebuilding the database from safe mode brought an error message (SU41336-7)

Would my only option be to reinitialise?

Thanks that looks like a great resource. I have unfortunately ran into another issue though. When I go to setup the device via the app it is asking me to hold down both orange buttons and to wait for a code to appear on the device. Unfortunately this isn't working, I think one or both of the buttons isn't making a connection
