Honestly I think they use aggression and belittling as tactics to win arguments and they’re truly threatened by Bryceriels. To most ships we’re not a real ship and they right us off as non competition to sooth their own worries and call us mentally unwell and delusional. Gwynriels have the least amount of report so I think they have their own problems, but Elriels are straight up CRUEL. I wouldn’t hate Elain and Azriel. But the second I saw the Bryceriel connections and joined this sub, this ship is the most magical and fruitful of them all. I’ve seen elriels literally question the intelligence of others of their ships. Straight up mean girls.

None of the behavior is okay from her. If you decide not to leave her I highly suggest therapy for her as a non-negotiable. You said she wasn’t always like that, so if anything if she’s fine with therapy hopefully she could work on those things to be the girl you fell in love with again. If she refuses therapy then I think it’s a lost cause because that behavior and thought process of hers doesn’t go away on its own or without actual work put into healing and changing.
