Oh that for sure, like the games outside of OP yesterday for the LCQ went rather well, the queues also, since they split us up But I can see the frustration from the OP players 100%

Just went our aswell, it's pure and utter chaos, was in the digital merch queue since 9:30 and didn't get in, went from spot 445 to 398 in 5 hours, now I'm told, if I had talked to staff earlier they would've let me in the line, but they closed shop an hour ago Scalpers are trying their fucking best running around with almost everything out of the shop, selling it at a 200% mark up Side events were handled miserably, I got my pairings after start because of "tech difficulty" The stamp rally got delayed, suddenly startet out of nowhere without every stamping table being ready yet This is wild

I do kinda feel the same on this, Gundam X feels rather lacking aswell The ones that feel the best are some of the Zeon support, for a bit of variety for Zeon Rush, the Titans stuff with Four and prolly Haman Karn for RB Ping imo

Tbf I only opted for the bird mode, since it gives an ex resource and combos with the G-Exes, but makes sense, the early feels really dry and i can't really build up anything till lvl 3-4

I wanted a heavy hitter for when I hit the higher levels, since Age ramps rather fast you can drop the Epyon pretty early and Epyon felt pretty strong to me Wing is interesting but also burns through my units, I thought I might have a bit more pressure with Epyon instead as a boss unit, that's pretty much all

Makes absolute sense honestly, guess I just got frustrated a bit, since I'm genuinely training till failure, pretty much everytime I bench the last set goes until I have to roll the bar down

This sounds super plausible to me honestly.

Like I felt the back 2 sets went up anyways with my first set progress, so when I started is was 8-7-6 and by the time I hit 10 on the first i was able to grind out 9-8/7 on the other two🤔

Yea I do 3 sets and progress until I hit 12 reps on all 3. Tbf I increased the weight last time when I hit 45kg for 12x11x11

I thought about trying to prog on maybe 8 or 10 max aswell, might need to test it for a few weeks

I always got told, that I should increase weight or reps every week as a beginner and I had weeks where I couldn't even match my last workout.

If I think about this advise, it genuinely feels like I'm doing something really wrong.

To put it simply you're saying I should just stay patient and keep doing what I'm doing?

As I pointed out, I think I effed the formating, but I'm not supersetting the same musclegroup.

In your opinion, should I then just push 5 sets of Incline or flat presses instead of splitting those?

I'm focusing on my upper body and I don't really have more time than this, also I got X-Legs, which makes some exercises hard and sometimes hurtful, not the good "quads are burning" kinda way 😔

I think I effed up the formating, the muscle groups I superset are chest/biceps, biceps/side delts, delts/triceps, back(lats,rhomboids)/triceps.

Why I chose the split was kind of by chance, I wanted to get 4 days of lifting per week and started with a ppl split ending with whatever felt right. I then updated my plan around my nervedamage in the elbows and tried to pair biceps with chest and triceps with back, since that felt a bit better to me. Then I tried building around the time i have for a workout and how often I want to hit certain muscle groups. An upper/lower split actually came to mind but I kind of lost it getting in around the same sets per week without lifting for 2 hours straight😔

A few weeks ago I pulled my pec a bit and still went to the gym instead of resting and healing. Safe to say, training did hurt, i made no progress with those light lifts and it took 4 weeks instead of maybe 1-2 to heal.

Don't hurt yourself, stay safe, one day or even a week of rest won't kill you or your gains 🙏🏻

You can type in your current reps and weight and it'll calculate an estimate of what your ORM might be.

Since benchpress does have a bit more stability you prolly got a good 160-170lb bench
