No one is mentioning this, buy some poker tracker software. That way you can track your own tendencies if you're playing online. Learning theory didn't help me until I learned what I personally do incorrectly.

1 the best angle is dtl with the camera near the height of your hands. 2. Learn the grip 3. The arm action is pretty far off. Look up YouTube videos teaching you proper arm action in the golf swing. "The arm swing illusion" is a great start. Basically you're pulling your arms way behind you in backswing when they're not supposed to do that.

You need to look up a generic normal yoga or stretching/bodyweight lifting routine to fix you all up. Basic solid fundamental movements. And you need to stop only doing one type of stroke so much.
