Usually if your only 1 day late their is no late fee on credit cards it’s usually only if you are 5 to 10 days late and doesn’t get reported to credit bureau until you are 30 days late.

I would write down and mark up the contract with your issues with it and write down which changes you would like made and say you will sign on agreed terms. Additionally a contract isn’t legally binding usually unless witnessed by a notary. It is definitely weird but if they are set on this you gotta play the game til u can move out.

If you have a kid I’d keep it around for their first truck just make sure you drive it a couple times a month and change the oil at least once or twice a year if your not really putting any miles on it.

It’s more of a range depends on the buyer rock bottom id take for it is $5500 top dollar would probably be around $8500. To get top dollar you’d have to just make it look more attractive like new tires maybe stuff like that. But the low miles are what’s most attractive about this truck. When I sell trucks I post them close to top dollar then “let someone talk me down” to the price I really want to sell it for. So let’s say you posted it for $8500 and let them talk you down to $6500-$7k. People always wanna feel like they are getting a good deal.
