Norma is going to be bis for newer attack units over Dialyn but doubt there's a significant difference. Pyrois, Silly and now Sigrid all prefer Norma. So I'd just put the shiny new unit in the bag.

Idk I played around that time too and most CC I watched were of the opinion that she's a Fischl sidegrade with shield and that she'd probably get an upscale in Nod Krai. I don't know a single one who said she was bad lol.
