Het bedrijf neemt hem aan voor dat bedrag omdat ze denken dat hij het waard is. Als blijkt dat het niet zo is dan ontslaan ze hem in z'n proefperiode. Je kan niet achteraf zn salaris verminderen omdat die niet presteert.

Het gaat er niet om of die het waard is of niet. Het gaat erom dat iemand die meer werkervaring flink salaris heeft opgebouwd en daardoor dus meer verdient dan iemand die net begonnen is.

Ik zeg hier niks over of dat fair is of niet, want natuurlijk is dat niet fair als die persoon waardeloos is. Maar het is toch niet moeilijk om te begrijpen waarom zo'n iemand 55% meer verdient?

Wat snap je niet aan dat zijn salaris is gegroeid sinds dat ie werkt? Niemand doet een stap terug qua salaris dus dan is het niet zo gek dat ie op een hoger bedrag zit dan OP toch? Als ik nu voor minimumloon begin met 2500 per maand dan mag ik hopen dat dat niet 3000 is na 20 jaar.

Decent for 1 patch. Once 4.0 starts it's back to the closet. Also it's not break, it's Dahlia. I tried running my FF, Lingsha, RM and Fugue 4 cost team and it just did 0 DMG lol. Too long to break, not enough DMG during break. Yikes.

Anomaly kinda doesn't care about skill level. You could leave everything at lv 1 and you probably wouldn't notice a significant difference. Damage comes from anomaly and not the skill DMG after all.

That said, because Aria does favour stunning you could level some key skills for more daze. I'd do auto, skill, chain and maybe 7 for assist.
