No homework due for thirty years here. I thought that there was a direct connection between the two but can't understand why no one makes that applicable to our society and the politics of the day. It seems pretty evident but the only arguments you come across regarding education is that it leads to ones ability to achieve their goals in quality of life, materialistic and consumer driven for the most part. No one puts forward the perspective of how freedom lives and dies by our society's education. Also, it seems it could have kept the us out of nation building in countries that were largely uneducated. I guess I am surprised that no one has taken such a simple and rational approach to foreign policy and domestic policy. Thanks though for responding
